Now I understand the cat picture better; if you see dogs fit out like this then cats get suspicious. My dog wouldn't dare wear such a thing. He isn't afraid of cold, yesterday he took a swimming bath in the park pond which had a layer of ice just two days before. He didn't seem to care. I'll not show him this picture, it would be too embarrassing for the portrayed dog if he would ignore it. Cute picture BTW.
