At 1st sight I thought of a memorial place where sombody got a fatal accident. Great picture, ominous! We should have such warnings, like on tobacco, on alcohol beverages here in Europe, too, but I'm afraid the "hospitality industry" and the wine producers in France and Italy will be against and then you know the outcome: complete tanks of wine emptied on the street in front of government buildings.
